Your Club will need a Safeguarding Policy, Health & Safety Policy and Risk Assessments for meetings and events to comply with insurance requirements.

PLEASE NOTE YOUR CLUB MUST HAVE UP TO DATE POLICIES AND RISK ASSESSMENTS ON DISPLAY AT YOUR MEETING/EVENT

You can also find forms for booking speakers, demonstrators or Teachers but only for Surrey Area

(you will still need blue forms for those outside of the Area). 

Finally there are forms for Speakers, Demonstrators and Teachers to add or amend their details on the Area List.
